I am on a medical aid?
We will obtain a medical confirmation number before we will allow you or a dependant of your medical aid to be admitted. Depending on your medical aid and the type of scheme you are on, a co-payment may be required. It is also very important to take note that a confirmation number from a medical aid is not an irrevocable guarantee that the medical aid will pay the account. Factors like non payment of your monthly premiums may result in your medical aid refusing to pay your account, even if they have provided us with a confirmation number. In such cases you will be responsible for the account.
Your account will directly be sent to your medical aid for payment.

If you are a private patient a formal estimate will be provided and a deposit must be paid on admission. The remaining balance must be paid when you are discharged.
